The surface plate vibrator is designed specifically for the finishing and compaction of freshly laid concrete surfaces such as floors, pavements, and roadways. It features an 18″ x 30″ base plate with a 3 mm thickness, built to withstand heavy-duty use. The motor base plate is also 3 mm thick and mounted on flexible springs to absorb shocks and provide smooth vibration. It includes a heavy-duty eccentric that produces consistent vibration across the surface. Power is supplied either by Greaves or Honda petrol kerosene rope-start engines (1.5 HP / 2 HP) or a 2 HP electric motor available in single or three-phase.
